The Lighter Nights are here.... Yippeeeee

So, yes, it is still light when we leave work at the end of the day now... cannot tell you how happy that makes Tony and I... another spring is upon us, with the snowdrops and daffodils making their yearly appearance. The Lake District is beautiful all the time, but a long winter with lots of rain has been a bit challenging this year, especially when you are a ' glass half empty ' person like me, but don't worry, my spirits are kept up by the          ' glass overflowing  ' man that my husband is !!!!!

We are also always glad to see February Half Term arrive, as that marks the return of our wonderful visitors, we obviously love the locals but the sight of families arriving to have some valuable family time brings a lovely atmosphere back to the town, the Jellycat sales always rise as well, which makes us happy !!

New stock has been arriving daily since the middle of January, exciting to open boxes and see what will become good sellers this year, lots of products we sell are old favourites and keep selling and selling but new lines keep us fresh and interesting.

Valentines Day has been, with the usual gentleman calling in on the day before, god love em, but better late than never ?? Mother's Day is the next occasion on the calendar,we have already sold out of some designs of the cards we offer for that, good children !!
